3. Estimates & Project Changes
All estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered

  • Additional repairs are required

  • Code compliance modifications are necessary

  • Customer-requested changes are made


No additional work will be performed without customer approval.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Deposits may be required for larger projects or special-order materials. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension and may be subject to applicable collection procedures as permitted under California law.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. JC Plumbing Inc. reserves the right to charge a service fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
